Thanks for taking the time to check out my website! I have a slightly different approach to real estate than some...I believe in making it as fun a process as possible! This is a notoriously stressful process, but it really doesn't have to be if you have the right people working on your side. I will be there with you every step of the way, whether it be for the listing of your home, or helping you to purchase a new one. You can expect top notch service from me, and some light hearted fun along the way. I am a strong negotiator and I will get you top dollar for your home. On the flip side, as a buyer's agent, I will negotiate the best price for you. I am also going to be honest with you. As a professional, I know what fair market value for a home is, and I will tell you if your expectations are not realistic. I am not doing anyone any favors by letting you pay too much for a house, or by letting your house sit on the market for long periods of time because it is over priced.
Allow me to tell you a little about my history. I have been a licensed sales agent since 2014, but my interest and experience start about 10 years before that. My 1st foray into real estate was working for an investor who bought, renovated, and then sold houses. He also had over 80 rental properties. It was my job to manage all of the rental properties which were scattered all over Saint Louis. Some apartment buildings, and some single family homes. I screened and qualified potential tenants, collected deposits and rent, wrote and executed their leases, managed all repairs as needed, and handled all move outs and evictions. I learned so much doing this! I was also in charge of checking out houses he was interested in buying and making sure that he wasn't overpaying for them by running comps for the area. I was the 1st line of customer service in our office and working there really is what got me to fall in love with the world of real estate. From there I went on to work for Saint Louis' largest home builder. Working in new construction was a blast....this side taught me all about the building process and the various trades that are involved. It was my job to check over contracts that sales agents had written and make sure they were accurate. From there I created the file and all of the purchase and work orders that were needed to build the home. While the home was being constructed, I was in touch with the buyers lender and the title company to make sure we would have a smooth closing. After closing, I was also in charge of the warranty and customer service side of things. I made sure the new homeowner understood their builder warranty and I was their contact if they had any problems arise. When a problem did arise, I sent the work orders to all of the subcontractors and scheduled everyone to make the necessary repairs. I did this for 10 communities!
Working for an investor and then a home builder really gave me a well rounded real estate education. I did leave the real estate world to work for a communications company as a District Manager in their operations department for a few years, but in 2014 I could no longer resist my calling and I got my license. I have never loved doing anything as much as I love selling real estate. I am a people person all the way, and I LOVE looking at houses. I learn so many things by attending inspections my clients order and I think that makes me a better agent. Call me to help you buy or sell a home.
